Headstock spindle adopts high accuracy hydrostatic bearing at radial direction with load relief hydrostatic support; high accuracy double row thrust roller bearing at axial direction. Two step mechanic speed change, DC motor drive. Milling gearbox with double servo motor could be adopted for milling feeding and indexing.

　　Tailstock adopts self-adapt mechanism of workpiece thermal extension, load cell and teeth plate stop mechanism.Lengthwise and crosswise guideway of tool carriage adopts closed type hyd rostatic guideway with constant flow. Lengthwise transmission adopts double rack and pinion mechanism for clearance elimination; crosswise transmission adopts double nut clearance elimination mechanism and ballscrew. Toolholder with KENNA heavy cutting interface is adopted at front of carriage. Standard toolbar or quick change tool bit could be mounted on the toolholder.
